Davidson & Co was established by founding partner, Jonathon Davidson and continues to expand rapidly by attracting lawyers with significant previous experience of practising in Dubai and throughout the GCC. Dickson Minto is a prominent corporate law firm advising clients in the UK and abroad. Clients of the private equity boutique have included BC Partners, Permira, Somerfield, and Skye Leisure Ventures. One of the UK's leading corporate finance shops, Dickson Minto was formed in 1985 by Scotland's wealthiest corporate lawyer Alastair Dickson and Bruce Minto.
